It's Decent, but
The primary reason why I bought this controller in the first place was for me to get used to a controller that wasn't an official GameCube controller. After using this controller for a while and then using an official controller once again, there is a noticeable difference. The biggest difference is that the official controller is a lot more friendlier in going in all directions, most particularly noticeable when going in diagonal directions. Still, I suppose it would be one of the better third party controllers for the GameCube all things considered. But if you ask me, I would only get this particular controller if one doesn't have much money to spend, as even the official wired GameCube controllers these days are rather expensive (even if all GameCube controllers in general are arguably the best gaming controllers of all time).

GameCube Controler
Works okay, the only issue I've had with it is the Left joystick sometimes catches the side and stays there until you move it. It doesn't stick hard, you can easily move it with your thumb but it's a little hard to play racers like that.

Good controller.
Not an 'Official' Nintendo Gamecube controller, but my little brother didnt care about that. It works flawlessly, looks and feels good and gets the job done.

Dissapointing
I've never had an offical GameCube controller before, but my impressions of this controller are not good. With the product I got, the L and R buttons are way too stiff, you have to put a lot of pressure to actually press the buttons down. The rest of the buttons are slightly stiff as well. The sticks also came stiff to me but at least it's better to have stiff sticks than loose sticks in my opinion. But those are just minor complaints. The biggest issue about this controller is that the control stick only moves in 8 directions. This is a huge issue with platformer or movement-heavy games. I'm not sure if it's just my Wii console, but at this point you'd do just as well to find some way to stick a keyboard and mouse into the console and just use WASD. This was one of the reasons I bought this controller: to have better control over movement than using WASD on a keyboard with emulation. Just buy the official controller instead.
